Senior HVAC Technician

The company continues to expand its HVAC division and is looking for a skilled Senior HVAC Technician to help support that growth. The Senior HVAC Technician will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems including forced air systems, boilers, and mini splits. This Senior HVAC Technician role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, solving technical issues, and identifying additional service opportunities. The Senior HVAC Technician will operate in a fast-paced residential service environment with a company vehicle, strong support staff, and commission opportunities available. Responsibilities Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs Troubleshoot forced air systems, boilers, mini splits, and related HVAC equipment Complete service calls efficiently and professionally as a Senior HVAC Technician Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners Document repairs, diagnostics, and estimates using ServiceTitan Identify additional repair or upgrade opportunities during service appointments Collaborate with comfort advisors regarding system replacement opportunities Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism on all calls Participate in rotating on-call schedules as needed Manage a busy daily schedule of residential HVAC service calls Operate and maintain company vehicle, tablet, and phone responsibly Support the continued growth and success of the HVAC division Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician or Senior HVAC Technician EPA Certification required or ability to obtain quickly Strong diagnostic and repair experience with residential HVAC systems Experience servicing boilers, forced air systems, and mini splits Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service software preferred The Senior HVAC Technician will also have access to overtime, commission opportunities, on-call incentives, a company vehicle, gas card, tablet, phone, and 100% employee health insurance coverage. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
