Job Description

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air and electrical company located in NJ, PA and DE. Locally-owned and operated, our team provides homeowners in the Tri-State with 5-star residential home services, all delivered through a proven, customer-focused service system.
Rate:
$30/hr to $45/hr Plus commission/bonus $6,000k Sign On Bonus •No On Call•
Job Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential) Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Install new HVAC equipment and components when needed Maintain accurate records of all work performed Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients Adhere to all company, local, and national safety codes and regulations Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors) What We Offer Competitive pay + performance bonuses Health benefits Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training and career growth Supportive and respectful team environment
