About the Role Four Quarters Mechanical is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We work throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, focusing on commercial service, maintenance, and emergency response for a variety of systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HVAC technical background who can handle complex systems independently and communicate clearly with clients and team members. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRF/VRV systems, and building automation. Perform scheduled service, maintenance, and emergency calls. Accurately document service using mobile software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus). Coordinate with property managers, building engineers, and internal staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Requirements 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience. Expert-level knowledge of commercial mechanical systems — this is not a residential position. EPA Universal Certification required; NATE or manufacturer-specific training is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Professional, dependable, and safety-focused.
