Job Description

Aaxon Service is a small, community-focused HVAC company looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an HVAC Apprentice Technician. This is a hands-on apprenticeship opportunity where you'll work directly alongside experienced technicians to build real-world skills in residential and commercial HVAC systems. Prior expereience is not required. What you'll do: Assist lead technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Help with routine preventative maintenance on residential and commercial units Transport tools and equipment to job sites; keep vehicles and workspace organized Communicate professionally with customers on-site Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited HVAC/R vocational or technical program preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and a strong willingness to learn Experience working with tools
