We are committed to excellent service in all our areas of expertise. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot equipment issues. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. Service ammonia refrigeration systems as needed. Conduct equipment repairs, including welding and plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations. Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively. Experience in equipment repair, including welding and plumbing skills. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. High School Diploma or GED is required.
