The Axel Group is seeking an HVAC Technician for our client's team. This stable, growth-focused HVAC contractor serves Monmouth County, NJ, offering consistent, year-round work with no long-distance travel. The company is rapidly expanding and seeks a reliable technician to join their long-term, team-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, a solid work ethic, and a professional yet personable attitude that positively contributes to the team.

Responsibilities:

Service and repair central air conditioning systems Service and repair mini-split systems Diagnose, service, and repair gas furnaces Perform routine and preventative maintenance services Operate and maintain a company service van Communicate professionally with customers and team members Work exclusively within Monmouth and Ocean counties in

NJ Requirements:

4+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to work independently and collaboratively with good communication skills Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

Compensation:

Starting salary up to $38.00 per hour
