What You Will Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and accurately Must know the phases of residential HVAC systems and operations Learn and remain compliant with all standards and practices for data recording and invoice reporting Troubleshoot, diagnose, and clearly explain all problems and repair options to customers Apply technical knowledge to perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections and communicate findings Install, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company procedures Deliver exceptional customer service while solving technical issues effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Work independently while also supporting team members when needed Safely lift heavy equipment and materials as required Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential environments Qualifications 3-5 years of HVAC installation and service experience is a plus Universal EPA Certification required Proven experience installing/servicing residential boiler systems, including oil heat systems Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship Basic understanding of electrical wiring, connections, and HVAC system components Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills Professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in tight spaces including attics and crawl spaces Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus NATE Certification is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training or HVAC certification is a plus

Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
