Compensation Hourly pay ranging from $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates Performance incentives and spiffs Benefits $300 monthly contribution toward medical plan DentalVision coverage 401(k) plan Paid Holidays, Vacation, and 5 Paid Wellness Days Tool allowance program Fully stocked company van
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime and occasional weekends as needed) What You'll Do Install new residential heating and air conditioning systems as well as system changeouts Lead installations and support other team members on job sites Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Deliver an outstanding customer experience and educate homeowners on their new system Represent the company with pride and a commitment to quality What You Need Minimum 2 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record EPA Certification (required) or ability to obtain within 90 days NATE Certification preferred Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship If you're a skilled, dependable HVAC Installer who wants competitive pay, great benefits, year-round stability, and a company that respects your expertise, Conway Comfort HeatingCooling is the place for you.
