Mom and Pop shop seeks qualified technician for HVAC system repairs and service. Tired of being asked to pressure customers into high dollar equipment sales? At 1st Choice Air Comfort, we understand that our families are the most important thing in our lives. We don't book the day to have our techs working till the late hours of the night. We believe techs can earn a very good living and still make it home for dinner with the family. In fact, we strive for that every day. Run into a 4-5-hour repair at 4:30? We'll schedule that repair for a better time. It's important to us that our techs finish their day at a decent time. There's more to life than our careers. Do you want overtime? That's ok too. We're happy to book those calls for you. At 1st Choice Air Comfort, we take a holistic approach to servicing and repairing HVAC equipment. We encourage our techs to look at the entire system, find the weak points, and offer sensible solutions to maximize the system's ability to heat or cool the home, efficiently. It's not about how many calls you can knock out in a day; it's about how you can make the system you're working on operate to its fullest potential. It's not about quantity, it's about quality. At 1st Choice Air Comfort, we take a "One Call at a Time" approach. Nothing is more important than the call you're on. At 1st Choice Air Comfort, we believe techs should make a good living doing what they love to do. That's why we offer up to $60/hour for well-qualified tech. Need more training to become a well-qualified tech? We train every morning for 1 hour before starting our day. Run into a difficult diagnosis? We're here for you. We want you to succeed. You won't find a "well, figure it out" attitude when you call for help. Are you tired of ruining your clothes at work? At 1st Choice Air Comfort, we provide your entire uniform for you.
