Whether you're a skilled Lead HVAC Installer or an experienced HVAC Service Technician , we offer year-round work, excellent benefits, and a supportive team environment where your expertise is valued. Position 1: Lead HVAC Installer Responsibilities Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and indoor air quality equipment Fabricate and install ductwork as needed Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience Leadership experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions Position 2: HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and indoor air quality systems Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers Accurately document service calls and completed work Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Blue Ridge professionally Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities EPA Certification preferred Experience servicing multiple HVAC brands and equipment types Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and efficiently What We Offer Competitive Compensation Pay based on experience and qualifications Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses Excellent Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Company Vehicle Career Growth & Stability Year-round work Ongoing factory and technical training Advancement opportunities Supportive team-oriented culture Modern tools and equipment Why Work for Blue Ridge?
