Your Day-to-Day:

Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism. Conduct routine maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and refrigerant level checks. Keep communication clear and professional with customers and team members. Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Support company sales goals by generating leads, promoting service agreements, and upselling products and services when appropriate. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system conditions, maintenance needs, and recommended repairs or upgrades.

What You Bring:

3+ years of HVAC service experience some sales experience preferred A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude Strong technical skills Leadership ability and a passion for doing things right Flexible and open to growing Valid driver's license and clean driving record Lead with confidence.
