Job Type:

Full-time, 6:30am

• 2:30pm, on-call rotating schedule at night and rotating weekends.

Job Summary:

Prepare the installers so they can accomplish the highest quality installations, every time. You are the glue that holds the installation departments together.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the installation manager and installation supervisor; you will help the team complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals. Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner both inter-departmentally and with our customers. Working with Comfort Consultants to schedule installations. Creating job folders for installers and inputting data into our operational software. Schedule and dispatch jobs for the installers and apprentices. Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction. Make sure all equipment is ordered and ready for each job, adhering to quality checklist. Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork. Responsible for vendor communication. Responsible for equipment rentals for installs Responsible for inputting data for material used on jobs Responsible for equipment returns Check sales contract for accuracy Responsible for keeping material cost under budget. Responsible for coordinating and setting up delivery of equipment and materials to job site using the install delivery runner Responsible for scheduling callbacks and quality inspections.

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
