HVAC Installer One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Manalapan HVAC Installer Full Time • One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Manalapan HVAC Residential Equipment Installer One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Residential Equipment Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential heating and cooling systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ductwork while providing excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and indoor air quality products Replace and modify ductwork as needed Perform startup, testing, and system commissioning Follow local HVAC codes and manufacturer specifications Maintain clean and professional job sites Communicate with homeowners regarding system operation and recommendations Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately Work alongside helpers and apprentices when needed Qualifications HVAC installation experience preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors Knowledge of low voltage wiring and airflow principles is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (based on position) Paid training and growth opportunities Supportive team environment Steady year-round work Join a fast-growing HVAC company focused on quality installations, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation:
