• Diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential homes Weekend Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
• Identify and resolve HVAC system issues, including comfort and air quality concerns Preventative Maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure reliable, efficient system operation Customer Communication
• Clearly explain findings, solutions, and system recommendations to homeowners System Performance Optimization
• Recommend products and services that improve comfort, efficiency, and system longevity Technical Accuracy
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and manufacturer specifications Code & Safety Compliance
• Ensure all work complies with national and local HVAC codes and safety standards Digital Documentation
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations using ServiceTitan Professional Service Experience
• Deliver a respectful, trustworthy, and customer-first experience on every call What We're Looking For 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred) HVAC certification or equivalent trade/technical school training Proven ability to diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality systems Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software (preferred, not required) Strong customer communication and professionalism Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Work Weekends with Folkes Home Services?
