About the Role We're looking for a motivated Residential HVAC Installer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience who's ready to grow with a company that invests in its people. You'll be installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes throughout South Jersey, working alongside a skilled team that takes quality seriously. up to $3,500 What You'll Do Install residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers Run refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and ductwork in accordance with manufacturer specs and local codes Work alongside lead installers and follow installation plans accurately and efficiently Ensure job sites are kept clean, safe, and professional at all times Communicate professionally with homeowners during and after installations Complete job documentation and maintain accurate records Participate in training opportunities to sharpen your skills and advance your career What We're Looking For 1-3 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices Ability to read and follow installation diagrams, blueprints, and job specs Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Good communication skills and a professional attitude with homeowners Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Preferred (But Not Required) EPA 608 Certification NJ HVAC Technician License or in progress Experience with major residential brands (Carrier, Lennox, Trane, etc.) Benefits & Compensation $25- $40 per hour (based on experience) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Tuition / Certification Reimbursement Company Vehicle Ready to Build Your Career with Bovio Rubino?
