Be part of an empowering and collaborative community. Job Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team. This position focuses on installing, upgrading, and commissioning commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Job Requirements Install commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV, ductwork, and mechanical equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings Set and connect HVAC equipment, including piping, ductwork, controls, and insulation Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites Perform start-ups and assist with system commissioning as required Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Document work completed and report issues or changes promptly Qualifications 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred EPA Section 608 certification (required) Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation best practices Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans Experience with new construction and remodel projects Familiarity with HVAC controls and start-up procedures a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Salary $72,000 - $100,000 (annually)
