The technician will keep the equipment clean, fixed, and maintained. The HVAC technician is also responsible for responding to emergency calls promptly and providing routine maintenance to help fix the HVAC system quickly. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems and performing warranty services. Diagnosis of walk-in / reach-in coolers and freezers. Meeting local HVAC codes Removing old HVAC equipment so new systems can be installed. Running pipe and duct systems throughout the property. Troubleshoot and repair the icemaker. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications and Skills Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams. Understanding refrigeration cycles. Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature. Electrical experience. Valid driver's license Experience • Minimum of 1 year HVAC experience.
