Now, we're looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation) Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Communicate effectively with customers about system issues and solutions Complete service reports, document findings, and update records using ServiceTitan Follow safety protocols and company procedures Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Requirements:

4+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Great customer service and communication skills
