HVAC Senior Service Technician

Bob's Repair is expanding our team and seeking a skilled HVAC Senior Service Technician to deliver exceptional service, support our growing customer base, and help drive sales.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform routine preventative maintenance and precision tune-ups Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests Communicate clearly and effectively with customers Complete required paperwork and digital records efficiently Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times Support sales efforts for HVAC equipment and service agreements Occasionally install HVAC equipment as needed

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing both new and older HVAC systems Strong customer service skills and ability to establish rapport with clients Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Willingness to adapt to change and follow company

SOPs Requirements:

EPA Certification and Refrigerant Certification (required) OSHA 10 certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screening Must own hand tools and gauges required to perform the duties of the job Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)

Compensation:

HVAC Repair Commission:

Earn 25% on repairs including compressors, UV lights, filters, air scrubbers, motors, capacitors, blowers, fuses, and more

Sales Commission:

Earn 7% on all complete HVAC unit sales you generate
