You will be working in 115°F+ ambient temperatures. Attic temperatures can exceed 140°F. You will be in tight crawlspaces and on blistering rooftops. This is not for the faint of heart. We need hard workers who can endure the elements safely and finish the job because our customers depend on us. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Technician who is ready to work. We don't expect you to know everything on day one—we provide on-the-job training and mentorship from highly experienced ownership. We are patient teachers, but we expect you to be a self-starter.
