Job Requirements:

At least 21 years of age; EPA certification; HVAC certification; OSHA 10; Nice, friendly, and willing to work attitude; Refrigerant recovery, evacuation and charging skills; Air dehumidification skills; Hand and power expertise; Knowledge of refrigeration cycle; Knowledge of electrical theory and Ohms law; Knowledge of combustion theory; Ability to interpret wiring diagrams / mechanical drawings; Ability to interpret multi-meters; Ability to interpret written and oral instructions; Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to carry and lift up to 50lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

PM and repairs of HVAC units; Exterior checklist; Corporate campus maintenance; Emergency response (during shift); Special projects / remodels; Solar winds; Perform other duties as assigned.
