We are a leading commercial service provider across the Intermountain West, supporting restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, schools, and industrial facilities. What We Offer $40-$50 per hour (DOE) Weekly Pay Take-Home Company Vehicle (fully stocked) 100% Paid Drive Time between service calls & Get Paid From Your Front Door to Your First Call of the Day Company-Paid Medical Insurance (employee coverage) Dental, Vision, Life, Short & Long-Term Disability options 401(k) with strong company match Up to 20 Days PTO + Paid Holidays Stable, year-round commercial work Long-term customer contracts Professional dispatch and support team What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems Service rack systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and self-contained units Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs Repair and maintain restaurant hot-side equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.) Communicate clearly with customers and document work performed Manage your service calls independently and efficiently What We're Looking For 4+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration service experience Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with rack systems preferred Restaurant hot-side experience a plus (training available) EPA Certification (Type II minimum required) and OSHA 10 Valid driver's license with good driving record Professional, customer-focused attitude Why Work at ColdTech Refrigeration?
