Pure Technical Focus:
Your job is to diagnose, repair, and maintain—not to sell new units. What You'll Do Perform residential HVAC maintenance and "clean & check" services. Diagnose and repair furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps (1-2 years of experience required). Provide an exceptional
Customer Experience :
You are a guest in our customers' homes. We value clear communication, a professional appearance, and a friendly attitude. Travel throughout Northern Nevada, ensuring homeowners stay comfortable regardless of the Sierra Nevada weather.
Requirements Experience:
1-2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service.
Service Area:
Comfortability driving to and working in Reno, Sparks, Carson, and the Lake Tahoe area.
Certifications:
EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Soft Skills:
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical issues in plain English.
