Train, mentor, and manage installation team members, ensuring consistent adherence to best practices. Occasionally perform small maintenance repairs and deliver a superior customer experience by clearly communicating system operation and addressing concerns. Ensure all installations are completed to "picture-perfect" standards with proper planning and execution. Utilize ServiceTitan , Bluon , and MeasureQuick platforms for tracking, diagnostics, and system efficiency assessments. Maintain a fully stocked and organized company truck with necessary equipment and tools. Perform safety inspections on tools, equipment, and PPE; enforce safety protocols on job sites. Collect and document job metrics, and ensure customers are educated on their new system's functionality. Travel locally to customer homes while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
Qualifications Required:
EPA 608 Type 2 Certification . At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience. At least 1 year of experience with ServiceTitan , Bluon , and MeasureQuick . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional appearance. Ability to train, mentor, and guide junior team members.
Preferred:
EPA 608 Universal Certification . Experience with residential HVAC systems and customer service. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
