HVAC Service Technician Job Description & Who we are looking for: We are looking for HVAC Service Technicians with a strong motivation to solve problems for our customers and a desire to grow with our award-winning company. The HVAC Service Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service and perform troubleshooting techniques to find solutions and achieve positive results for homeowners experiencing heating and air conditioning problems. We provide a fully stocked company vehicle and offer a base salary ranging between $60,000-$80,000 with the opportunity to make over $150K!Pay:
$60,000 - $80,000/ yrResponsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment. Educate and provide solutions to customers. Maintain DeHart company image standards. Drive company vehicle. Participate in company provided training. Provide support to fellow team members. Work in all weather conditions.Requirements:
2-3 years recent HVAC Service technician experience. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and complete training and use of specialty equipment and tools. Exceptional communication skills Unbeatable customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work assigned hours and overtime as needed Must be able to meet the physical demands required for this position, able to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs. Fluent in English Must possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record and criminal background, and ability to pass a drug test.
