Responsibilities (Install) Install furnaces, condensers, heat-pumps, mini-splits, package units, and duct systems Maintain clean, organized job sites Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Collaborate with team members to complete projects properly the first time Requirements HVAC experience preferred EPA certification Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic and professionalism Ability to communicate well with customers and coworkers Pride in doing clean, quality work Team-first attitude Bonus points if: You can diagnose systems without throwing parts at them You understand airflow and static pressure You show up on time without excuses You still care about craftsmanship What Makes Us Different We know skilled HVAC professionals have options.
