Duties Install new HVAC systems in residential properties, following schematics and HVAC design plans to ensure proper setup and functionality Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units, including air conditioning systems, and refrigeration equipment Read and interpret technical schematics, mechanical drawings, and property maintenance plans to guide installations and repairs Conduct field service tasks, property maintenance, and HVAC system servicing Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems Ensure all work complies with safety standards, proper tool use, and local codes Qualifications Proven experience in construction, service technician roles, or field service environments with a focus on HVAC or mechanical systems Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with HVAC design principles Hands-on experience with equipment repair, welding, property maintenance, or appliance repair (highly desirable) Ability to operate tools and diagnostic equipment confidently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving company vehicles preferred Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to read technical schematics accurately Physical ability to perform installation tasks requiring lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and working in confined spaces Join us in delivering exceptional residential HVAC solutions!
