North Bellmore, NY 11710 The Opportunity Sal Manzo Plumbing & Heating Inc. is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. This is a full-time position where you'll troubleshoot, service, and maintain a wide range of residential HVAC systems—including central air units, mini-splits, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps. What You'll Be Doing Present a professional appearance and ensure courteous, respectful customer interactions Diagnose residential HVAC issues and explain service options clearly to homeowners, including heat pumps, central air, ductless mini-splits, and high efficient boilers. Perform efficient repairs and routine maintenance across a variety of systems Keep job sites clean and protect client property using shoe covers, drop cloths, and similar materials Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and restock as needed Care for and maintain personal tools and company-issued equipment Follow all safety procedures and company standards consistently What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' residential HVAC experience EPA Certification required Knowledge of central air, heat pumps, mini-splits, gas systems Strong diagnostic and communication skills Dependable, detail-focused, and organized work habits Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Personal HVAC hand tools required Must be available for in-person interviews (entry-level applicants will not be considered) Benefits & Compensation Weekly pay cycle Health, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance Life and disability coverage Paid time off Paid training and certifications Overtime and commission opportunities Company-provided vehicle and uniforms Supportive, growth-focused workplace culture Work Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Overtime, on-call, and weekend availability as required Location Field-based, servicing residential projects throughout the local service area Daily reporting to assigned job sites required Equal Opportunity Employer Sal Manzo Plumbing & Heating Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer .
