Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality and comfort. Your mechanical expertise and field service experience will drive your success as you work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial properties. Duties Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems according to schematics and HVAC design plans Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment, ensuring efficient operation and longevity Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to accurately install and troubleshoot systems Perform plumbing and refrigeration tasks related to HVAC systems, including ammonia refrigeration where applicable Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical issues and perform equipment repairs or replacements Weld, assemble, or modify components using welding techniques when necessary for system installation or repair Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document all work performed for client files Requirements Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation, or as a service technician with a strong mechanical background Knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems and related components Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately Experience with plumbing, appliance repair, property maintenance, and boiler systems is highly desirable Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters Mechanical knowledge combined with field service experience in equipment repair and maintenance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred Skilled in welding techniques and familiar with property maintenance procedures Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Join us in delivering top-tier HVAC solutions! Pay:
$26.97 - $32.48 per hour
