Position Overview:

Tri-R Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking reliable, hard-working entry-level candidates to join our new construction and installation team . This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the commercial HVAC and mechanical trades, working alongside experienced technicians on equipment installations, piping, and system startups.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration systems. Support gas piping, refrigeration piping, and basic electrical installations. Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment for job sites. Assist with demolition and removal of existing equipment. Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and rooftops when required. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements.

Qualifications:

Interest in HVAC, mechanical, or construction trades. Basic mechanical aptitude (hand tools, measuring, assembly). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Willingness to work outdoors and on rooftops. Valid driver's license preferred. OSHA certification preferred but not required. EPA 608 certification a plus but not required.
