CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communication and Relationship Building

• Building strong relationships through honest and timely communication is our primary responsibility. The Service Manager is the primary contact person and will: 2. Maintenance Service
• Provide prompt (immediate for emergency, within 24 hours for routine) response to client service requests 3. Good knowledge of the principles and techniques involved in the operation of high
• and low-pressure systems of heating and refrigeration.

4. Good knowledge of the operation, maintenance and emergency measures in event of breakdowns 5. Coordinate repairs via contractors for major HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs. 6. Notify Building Superintendent of landlord responsible repairs if necessary 7. Plan and execute capital repairs related to building mechanical systems. 8. Manage service contracts

This individual must have a valid city of Buffalo Stationary Engineer License 1st or 2nd class and a clean
