Buffalo, NY Job Details Full-time $24 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Certified HVAC Designer (CHD) Serving clients Customer service HVAC Excellence Certification EPA 608 Technician Certification Heat pump HVAC systems Variable refrigerant flow (VRF) HVAC systems Full Job Description IMD Hot & Cold is looking for a lead service technician. We are a small HVAC/R company that caters mostly to restaurants. We focus on both hot and cold commercial kitchen equipment as well as RTUs, MUAs and exhaust fans. The right person will have a solid understanding of No Heat / No Cool service calls. The ability to diagnose, verify and repair complex equipment. Good communication skills and great customer service skills are a must. We are a small and purposely growing slowly company. We are looking for the right person to help us succeed in servicing our amazing customers. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a growing company.
