Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) equipment to ensure optimal performance Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings for proper installation procedures Perform service technician tasks such as diagnosing issues with refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, and appliance repairs Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair or modify mechanical components Ensure compliance with safety standards by inspecting systems for potential hazards and adhering to proper procedures during installation and maintenance Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operation, maintenance needs, or repairs required for property upkeep Experience Proven experience in construction or property maintenance with a focus on HVAC installation or service technician roles Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, boilers, and appliance repair Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and technical manuals Field service experience working directly on HVAC/R equipment in residential or commercial settings Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and perform welding or equipment repair tasks confidently Mechanical or mechanic experience related to boiler operation or equipment maintenance is highly desirableJoin us if you're eager to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment where your expertise makes a real difference! $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
