You are never asked to lie, or sell them something they don't need. We try to keep our employees comfortable and happy. As an example, we do not accept attic installations in the summer months. You unload and load your van in a heated warehouse. We start the day at 8:30 and wrap up around 4:30 or whenever the job is complete (very rarely after 6pm) No one is EVER asked to work a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, unless it is your choice. We generally work within a 10 minute drive of Grand Island, and never more than a 25 minute drive It is a fun, relaxed work environment. Very non-corporate. Family run business, and we treat our employees like family.

must have:

3 years experience in HVAC for lead install/service tech position Some experience working with your hands for helper position a positive attitude (this is of the upmost importance- negativity is a cancer on the team) the ability to see problems and quickly adapt the ability to take accountability and not blame others basic tools transportation and a valid drivers license honesty and integrity This job has room for growth- quickly. Although installers are not asked to work afterhours/weekends, we are also looking for a service tech who is willing to do that. If/when you have service troubleshooting capabilities, you can make very good money doing afterhours/weekend/holiday service calls if you wish.
