HVAC Junior Installation Mechanic

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. This position is for individuals with 3-5 years in the HVAC industry, providing opportunities for hands-on training and professional growth. As an Entry Level HVAC Installer, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Our business is mostly residential custom installation. Duties Assist in the installation of HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics. Support experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment. Learn to troubleshoot issues related to air conditioning, refrigeration, heating systems, and other mechanical components. Help with the installation of ductwork, piping, and electrical connections as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Experience Basic knowledge of construction principles is preferred. Previous 3 - 5 years service technician experience or familiarity with field service operations is a plus. Understanding of HVAC design concepts, plumbing systems, and refrigeration processes is beneficial. Mechanical knowledge including appliance repair, equipment repair, and maintenance practices is advantageous. Experience with tools is required.
