We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service & Installation Technician who can handle advanced diagnostics, HVAC installations, and ductwork while helping support the growth of our service operations. This role is ideal for a technician who wants strong earning potential, independence in the field, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company expands. Compensation $35

• $45 per hour base (depending on experience) Repair commission opportunities Equipment replacement bonuses Annual profit-sharing program based on company performance Guaranteed 40 hours per week Expected total earnings: $120,000
