In this role, you will handle residential and commercial service calls , including troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and occasional installations. We're looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and communicate clearly with customers. If you take pride in your work and know how to get systems running right—we want you on our team. Duties Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, boilers, mini splits, refrigeration) Handle residential and commercial service calls Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using standard tools (gauges, multimeter, etc.) Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics Replace components such as capacitors, motors, compressors, thermostats, and valves Assist with system installations or upgrades when needed Document work performed and communicate recommendations Follow safety procedures and company standards Communicate professionally with customers Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC service experience Experience with residential and/or commercial systems Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical) Comfortable working independently in the field Valid driver's license with clean record Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious English required Preferred (Not Required) EPA Certification Experience with boilers or refrigeration systems Basic welding or fabrication skills Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends as needed On-call / emergency availability preferred

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
