We work with leading brands — Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi, York — and we're growing. We need a technician who diagnoses right the first time and takes pride in the work. Day to day, you'll: Diagnose and troubleshoot split systems, heat pumps, package units, chillers, and humidifiers Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial equipment Test system performance post-service and communicate findings clearly to customers Coordinate with dispatch and teammates to run calls efficiently What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across system types Valid driver's license and your own tools Solid communication and customer service — you're the face on every job Positive attitude and a no-shortcuts work ethic Why Airtronics We don't chase volume — we build long-term customer relationships and reward technicians who do the same.
