- 44/hr based on experience and certifications Company van, fully stocked — ready when you are Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and sick days Manufacturer certifications and a clear path to Lead or Supervisor Year-round work across 9+ residential brands in the tri-state area The Role You'll run residential service calls across the NYC tri-state area — diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for homeowners who are counting on you.
Day-to-day:
Diagnose and repair central AC, ductless mini-splits, gas/oil/electric heat, boilers, and heat pumps Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Communicate clearly with homeowners on-site throughout every call Document work accurately in ServiceTitan Participate in seasonal on-call rotation What You Need 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification (required) Strong diagnostic skills across gas, oil, electric, and heat pump systems Valid driver's license, clean record OSHA 10 (required); OSHA 30 and NYC SST a plus Able to lift 80 lbs and work in confined spaces Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Pam Air We're building the Northeast's largest clean heat installation and service company — and we're doing it the right way.
