Troubleshoot system issues and diagnose problems. Perform minor repairs and component replacements. Handle warranty work and callbacks professionally and efficiently. Ensure all systems operate safely and according to manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and management. Diagnose and repair HVAC units. Perform HVAC service, repairs, and maintenance for residential clients. Provides on the best solution for the customer. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams. Educating and assisting customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Diagnose and repair HVAC units. Perform HVAC Service, repairs, and maintenance for residential clients. Provides on the best solution for the customer. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams. Educating and assisting customers.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
HVAC Technical School Education (Preferred) Minimum of 5+ years experience as an HVAC Service Technician Driver's License (Required) EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification Ability to explain technical information to customers.
