Competitive (based on experience) About the Role We are a busy and growing company seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with strong experience in residential systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and deliver high-quality installations and service. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues Perform maintenance on furnaces, boilers, condensers, and ductwork Ensure all work meets code and safety standards Communicate clearly with customers and team members Maintain clean and organized job sites Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC experience (residential required) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with installations and system replacements Ability to work independently and manage jobs Valid driver's license EPA Certification preferred Preferred Skills Experience with boilers and hydronic systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Sheet metal or ductwork fabrication experience What We Offer Full-time, steady work year-round Company vehicle Paid time off Retirement plan Opportunities for growth and advancement Work Location In person - Plainview, NY Must be able to commute or relocate before starting
