The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience HVAC technical school certification or associate degree preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record EPA Universal Certification required Ability to pass background check Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for residential and/or commercial systems Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, hydronic systems, ductwork, controls, and related components). Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and energy efficiency. Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Install, modify, and upgrade HVAC equipment and controls as needed. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical issues; document findings and recommended solutions. Communicate clearly with customers about issues, options, and timelines. Maintain accurate service tickets, parts used, and time estimates in our service management software. Adhere to safety protocols and local codes (e.g., NEC, EPA Refrigerant Handling certification if applicable). Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required.
