This full-time role involves providing expert HVAC services to residential customers throughout the Hudson Valley. What You Will Do Service & Maintenance :

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

Customer-Focused :

Deliver clear, accurate inspections and explain system issues and solutions to customers in a way that is easy to understand.

High-Quality Work :

Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Customer Experience :

Provide a professional, friendly, and informative experience to every customer.

Safety and Compliance :

Ensure that all installations and repairs are in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

On-Call Rotation :

Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service (one Saturday per month with bonus pay). Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 2+ years of HVAC experience (residential experience is a plus). Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using an iPad and HVAC software (ServiceTitan experience a plus). EPA 608 Certification. OSHA 10 Certification. Must have your own basic HVAC hand tools.

Compensation & Benefits Salary :

Performance-based pay with typical earnings ranging from $80,000 - $150,000 annually, based on workload and efficiency.
