Job Description

Company Overview:
Mulco Inc. is a reputable HVAC contractor specializing in high-quality commercial and residential HVAC installations. We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced HVAC Duct Installation Mechanic to join our team and help deliver top-tier workmanship to our clients.
Position Summary:
The HVAC Duct Installation Mechanic will be responsible for the installation of duct systems in new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in blueprint reading, has experience with sheet metal duct systems, and can work independently or as part of a crew.
Responsibilities:
Install sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems in commercial or residential settings Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications Measure and mark locations for duct placement, hangers, and equipment Assemble and secure ducts using hand tools, power tools, and fasteners Ensure all work is performed in accordance with building codes and safety standards Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job site Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
2+ years of residential experience installing HVAC ductwork (commercial experience a plus) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and duct fabrication Ability to work from blueprints and construction drawings Proficient with hand and power tools Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
