  • Full-time B& B Plumbing & Heating is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing team!
This position plays a key role in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and ductwork. Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions. Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and components using hand and power tools. Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations. Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to job sites. Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure proper disposal of materials. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, supervisors, and team members. Provide updates on job progress and document completed work. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on delivering exceptional service. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational HVAC training preferred. 1-3 years of HVAC installation or service experience (more is a plus). Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques. EPA certification and
OSHA 10/30
preferred (or willingness to obtain). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Ability to work in varying temperatures, confined spaces, and indoor/outdoor environments. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work Environment Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed. Work performed at residential homes, commercial buildings, and construction sites. Indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $18
  • 30, based on experience and skill level.
