We're here to support you, plain and simple. About the Role As an experienced HVAC Service Technician, you'll be based out of our Syracuse HQ and work on-site with customers across the region. You know HVAC inside and out (or are ready to learn fast), and you're motivated to keep clients informed and confident about their systems. You're the type who doesn't just identify a problem—you've got the answers, options, and communication skills to ensure clients trust the work. Want to exceed $1,200 per week ? Requirements:

Experience :

Proven HVAC skills and an eagerness to level up with coaching and new tech.

Physical Readiness :

Able to handle the heavy lifting, physical demands, and tight spaces that come with the job.

Transportation & Tech :
