HVAC Laborer Location:

West Seneca, NY Pay Rate:

$18-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Shift:

1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Laborer to join our growing team in Western New York . This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of environments, including retail stores, supermarkets, and convenience stores. Key Responsibilities Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect HVAC equipment and perform repairs or component replacements Conduct routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance and service calls Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of full‑time HVAC field experience , or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience EPA Universal Certification (required) Valid driver's license and ability to meet auto insurance requirements Strong understanding of HVAC systems and service procedures Preferred Skills & Certifications Ability to read and interpret HVAC diagrams and schematics OSHA 10 certification Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle the physical demands of the role Work Environment Service commercial and industrial HVAC units throughout Western New York Job sites include retail locations, supermarkets, and convenience stores Consistent first‑shift schedule with occasional emergency response work Why Work With Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
