You'll price and bid mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC work
• boiler replacements, heat pumps, gas conversions
• reporting directly to a Senior Estimator.

Responsibilities Estimate mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC jobs from bid documents Conduct site visits to assess working conditions Complete material takeoffs, solicit sub/vendor pricing, estimate field labor Draft proposals and assist the sales and estimating department What we're looking for Some background in mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC estimating or field work Comfortable reading drawings and specs Strong Excel skills a plus Eager to learn and grow in a structured environment cob1
