This is a hands-on residential installation role where you'll lead system replacements and upgrades while delivering a world-class customer experience. Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Installation Lead As an HVAC Installation Lead, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with new HVAC equipment and systems that are delivered on their Heating, Cooling and other home comfort needs. Deliver world-class quality installations
  • Install complete residential HVAC systems safely, efficiently, and correctly. Lead installation projects
  • Coordinate installation activities from arrival through startup, commissioning, and customer walkthrough. Install and inspect equipment
  • Perform operational testing and commissioning to verify proper airflow, refrigerant performance, and system operation. Train and mentor apprentices
  • Support apprentices and junior installers while promoting safe work habits and quality workmanship. Maintain clean, professional job sites
  • Accurately complete installation paperwork, photos, and required documentation. Document completed work

Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position. Three years experience in installing residential HVAC systems Ability to independently complete residential equipment changeouts Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, IAQ products, and duct modifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs. Excellent communication skills with customers and office team Professional appearance and personality Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position depends on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC install technician. Typical experienced installation leads earn between $28
  • 35/hour, plus performance bonuses. Benefits include health care, vision/dental care, life insurance, and 401k for full-time employees. Licensing & Compliance
  • EPA Section 608 Certification required
  • Ohio HVAC licensing supported by company-designated Qualified Individual (QI)
