This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term career growth, strong earning potential, and the ability to grow with an expanding business. We service both residential single-family homes and multifamily properties, and we are seeking a technician who is comfortable handling a wide range of HVAC work including service, diagnostics, maintenance, and installations. Compensation Compensation ranging from $70,000-$100,000+ depending on experience, skillset, productivity, and performance Performance bonuses and growth opportunities available Significant upward mobility within a growing company Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Install HVAC equipment and related components Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues Work on both single-family residential and multifamily properties Communicate professionally with customers and property managers Maintain accurate service documentation Qualifications 3-5 years of HVAC field experience preferred Experience with residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems independently Familiarity with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units Experience working in both single-family and multifamily properties preferred EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow within the company
